1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Toro Solutions website (toro-solutions.com) and the InsightOS platform. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. For questions, use our contact form.

2. InsightOS service

InsightOS is a subscription analytics and briefing service for leisure property operators.

• Subscriptions are monthly rolling unless stated otherwise at sign-up.
• Payment is due on the first day of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Operator and Enterprise tiers require 30 days' notice of cancellation.
• We reserve the right to modify features or pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

3. Your data and our access

• You grant Toro Solutions read-only access to the Google Analytics 4 and Search Console accounts you connect.
• You own your data. We process it only to provide the InsightOS service.
• We may use aggregated, anonymised sector benchmarks derived from client data, provided no individual operator is identifiable.
• On cancellation, we will provide an export of your benchmark history within 30 days of your final billing date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your dashboard access credentials with parties outside your organisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying benchmark dataset.
• Use the service in a way that violates UK law or Google's API terms of service.
• Resell or sublicence access to the service without written consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content, briefing templates, prompt structures, and benchmark methodologies on the Toro Solutions website and InsightOS platform are the intellectual property of Toro Solutions. You may not reproduce or redistribute this material without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

InsightOS briefings and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will produce specific commercial outcomes. You remain solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of our outputs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toro Solutions' total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-revenue damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active InsightOS subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
