AI ROI Calculator
AI ROI calculator: hours and £ saved, with the workings shown
Enter up to three processes. You get the hours and the money an agent could save on each, worked out from your own numbers, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

How the estimate works
How is the AI ROI estimate calculated?
For each process, hours saved per year = people × hours per week × the share an agent could take × 46 working weeks. The value per year is those hours multiplied by your fully loaded hourly cost. The totals add the processes together. Every input is yours, so you can check each step.
Why 46 working weeks in a year?
It allows for holidays, bank holidays and sickness, so the estimate doesn't assume every week of the year is a working week. If your team works more or fewer weeks, scale the result by that share of 46.
What share of a process can an AI agent take?
It depends on how much of the work is research, drafting, re-keying or checking against rules, which an agent does well, and how much is judgement, which stays with a person. Half is a cautious starting point for a process with a clear pattern. The free AI Benefit Scorecard and the Agentic Readiness Audit test it properly.
Is this a quote for building an agent?
No. It's an estimate from the numbers you enter, and it counts time saved only. It leaves out the cost of building and running the agent, and what the freed-up time is worth to you. A fixed-price quote comes after a short conversation about the actual process.
