  • Email sign-ups — your email address when you join the Friday agent log or the AI Benefit Scorecard waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To respond to your enquiries and deliver services you have requested.

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 2 years. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
