You do. We connect read-only to your GA4 and Search Console via OAuth. We never store raw session data โ only the aggregated metrics used for benchmarking.
My GA4 is managed by our agency. Can we still connect?
Yes. We need viewer-level access to your GA4 property and Search Console account. We'll walk you through granting this in 15 minutes โ no agency involvement required.
What does "sector cohort" mean?
Your cohort is a group of leisure property operators with similar characteristics โ park size, ownership mix, OTA dependency. Every benchmark we give you compares your numbers against operators in your cohort, not the whole internet.
What are your contract terms?
Monthly rolling. No annual lock-in at Starter tier. Operator and Enterprise tiers include onboarding support and a 90-day minimum to let the benchmark layer mature.
Can I cancel?
